DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
User hereby agree to the terms and conditions contained
herein. Siddharth Chemicals' Websites and listings are for the use of all
professionals, businesses, organizations and Association in the chemical
industry. Siddharth Chemicals is not responsible for any content, goods and
services offered through the Websites. Siddharth Chemicals does not review or
edit the data submitted to create the Websites and/or listings.
Siddharth Chemicals reserves the right to remove any Web site, Web page, Banner
and/or advertisement listing either in part or whole at any time at it's sole
discretion. User agrees to use the Siddharth Chemicals service in an ethical and
professional manner to promote his/her services.
Siddharth Chemicals is not responsible for any loss of data or business
resulting from system or network breakdown or outage or any other reason.
If any information provided by user is untrue, misleading, inaccurate or in any
other way offensive , Siddharth Chemicals reserves the right to refuse any and
all future use of the service by User.
User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all content on his/her Web
Site. User agrees that it is solely his/her responsibility to comply with
advertising rules for his business and/or country. User agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless Siddharth Chemicals and it's officers, employees and affiliated
entities for any loss, claim, liability and/or monetary damages( including
reasonable legal fees) arising from the use of the Siddharth Chemicals service.
Siddharth Chemicals reserves the right: To deny or terminate service to anyone
for any or no reason. To display text and/or images throughout the service. To
inform User by mail, phone, fax or e-mail of technological advances , additional
products and services offered by Siddharth Chemicals. To modify, change or
discontinue the service with or without notice to User. User is responsible for
his password (if any) User's account and all activity under User's account
and/or password User retains the copyright and trademark in materials on User's
Web Site as long as User has copyright and trademark rights to said materials
prior to publication on User's Web Site.
User agrees that content and information contained in the Siddharth Chemicals
service is protected by proprietary rights and laws. User shall not copy,
reproduce and/or distribute any content and/or information without express
written authorization by Siddharth Chemicals.
USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK that the

SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES ABILITY TO
MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. SIDDHARTH
CHEMICALS PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED
FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT
OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE .
SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES
PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM INDIVIDUAL Websites OR ANY TRANSACTIONS
ENTERED INTO THROUGH SUCH Websites.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED OR ARISING FROM
USERS' SERVICE PROVIDED BY SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT
EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
USER AGREES THAT SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE
OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED
OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE OR
RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR
DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR
OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
USER FURTHER AGREES THAT SIDDHARTH CHEMICALS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES ARISING FROM, THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL
OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS
JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT.
All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the state of Goa.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF SERVICE
AGREEMENT AND HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS.
